Voluntary Licences are
licence schemes which are not enacted by statue and in this regard are “voluntary” arrangements between
collecting societies and the public for the use of copyright
works.
Schools are currently covered by various voluntary licences including the
APRA licence,
AMCOS licence and the
AMCOS/APRA/ARIA licence.
