Educational purpose includes:
• teaching purposes, including preparation for teaching a class
• as a part of a course of study
• retaining in the library for use as a teaching resource.
Where a school reproduces a musical work (for example by a school band, choir, orchestra or instrumental ensemble), educational purposes means for the educational activities of that particular school.
